Privacy Policy

When you use CVFlow, we collect information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email, country)
• CV content (work experience, education, skills)
• Usage data (features used, pages visited)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers)

• Generate and improve your CVs using AI
• Provide ATS analysis and interview preparation
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send account-related emails (receipts, security alerts)
• Improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

Your CV content is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing (improvements, ATS analysis, interview preparation). We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is returned to you and stored in your account only.

• Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore)
• All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

You can at any time:

• Export all your data (Settings → Privacy → Export)
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Update or correct your personal information
• Opt out of non-essential emails

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
