Sale prices are shown on each plan's checkout page and on our pricing page. We offer a Free tier and paid subscriptions (monthly or annual). All prices are displayed in the local currency selected at checkout and include applicable consumption tax where required.

Additional fees

Payment processing fees are included in the listed subscription price and are not charged separately. Customers are responsible for their own internet connection and data communication costs. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is included where applicable.

Payment methods

Credit and debit card payments processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club. No card details are stored on our servers.

Payment timing

For one-time purchases, payment is charged immediately at checkout. For recurring subscriptions, the initial payment is charged at checkout and subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same calendar day of each billing period (monthly or annually) until the subscription is cancelled.

Service delivery timing

CVFlow is a digital SaaS product. Access to the purchased plan and its features is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation, typically within a few seconds. No physical goods are shipped.

Returns and cancellation

Because CVFlow is a digital subscription service delivered instantly upon purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from the account settings page; cancellation stops all future renewal charges, and access to paid features remains available until the end of the current paid period. System requirements

A modern web browser is required (latest two versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. A stable internet connection is required. No special hardware or additional software installation is needed.
